Simon received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours from City University in London in 1997.

Since joining Continental Steel in 2012, Simon has been instrumental in developing the Projects division to execute and manage large structural steel projects in Singapore. He leads the business development initiatives to promote key products, solutions and to maintain stakeholder relationships.

Simon is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, having held various managerial roles in business development and project management.
